Swift is the nation’s largest transportation and logistics firm. With over 35,000 employees, it size was becoming a liability to drivers who make up the core of those employees. Feeling like employee 32,345 was not helping recruitment in a field that averages over 150% turn over a year. Swift was on a Journey to be world class in all it’s business, and we helped them jump start how the driving world perceived them. From recruitment ads to employer branding strategy, recruitment needed to do its part on that business wide mission.
