When Leesport Regional Bank changed its name to VIST Financial, (an acronym for Vision, Integrity, Trust and Solutions), we were asked to develop its brand Voice, having only the logo and name to go on. Web banking is as common today as ever, so to help VIST stand apart in a market dominated by companies 100 to 1,000 times its size, it needed big brand thinking. So, we helped VIST see that each letter in its name was not only a value, but a compelling story that could, and should be told. As Leesport they had been a staple of their communities for decades. As VIST, they were becoming something else, something more sophisticated and that too had to be managed carefully in its brand voice and its expressions. After extensive visual workshops and brand personality exploration, we developed a flexible approach that used the savvy of modern design techniques with an image strategy that was comfortable in a business suit, or blue jeans.

A sophisticated look and feel, savvy content strategies and incorporating new interactivity principles was not the nail-biter VIST thought it would be. We knew signaling change is often easier than living through it, and as
such, we helped VIST’s brand ambassadors lead their organization through it. Part art, part science, and big parts fun…developing VIST’s web presence was transformed from a task to an enriching learning experience, and that
made all the difference. VIST Financials site launched to great fanfare. The site has been performing exactly as planned—smoothly with, no surprises and a great deal of inspired user generated content made simple through our customized content management system CMS. New accounts have steadily increased since launch and business development groups have been pouring praise on the site. Traffic and length of time on the site have more than tripled in the first year of VIST’s launch.
