In his new position, Anthony will play a key role as Bayard continues to deliver strategic solutions to our clients’ most critical needs.
 

Throughout his career, Anthony has worked with clients to refine their talent brand to capitalize on emerging media and technology, across digital, social, mobile, traditional communications strategies in support of their talent acquisition strategy needs. Anthony brings 25 years of industry experience to the role, including his own boutique talent brand consultancy, leading the North American Employer Brand Practice at Korn Ferry|Futurestep, and having held a variety of senior international and domestic client-facing sales and leadership positions at TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications.
